1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website (https://meno.tours/) and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policies. Please read these documents carefully before proceeding with any booking. Your use of our services constitutes your full acceptance of these terms.

In these Terms & Conditions:

• "MENO Tours," "we," "us," and "our" refer to MENO Tours, a Destination Management Company registered in Oman.
• "You," "Your," "Client," and "Customer" refer to the individual or entity accessing our website or booking our services.

• "Services" refers to the tours, transfers, and other travel-related products offered by MENO Tours.
• "Tour(s)" specifically refers to the B2C (Business-to-Consumer) leisure tours available for direct online booking on our Website.
• "Booking" refers to a confirmed reservation for any Service provided by MENO Tours.
• "Supplier(s)" refers to third-party providers of services such as accommodation, transportation, or activities.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by MENO Tours. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a booking confirmation by MENO Tours.

3.2. Payment is required in full at the time of booking via our secure online payment gateway.

3.3. All prices displayed on our Website are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

3.4. All prices are inclusive of current taxes, municipality fees, service charges, and Value Added Tax (VAT) as applicable in Oman.

4. Pricing & Inclusions/Exclusions

4.1. Tour prices are as displayed on the Website at the time of booking.

4.2. Each tour's specific inclusions and exclusions are detailed on its respective tour page. Unless explicitly stated in the "Included Services" section of a tour description, items such as international flights, visas, travel insurance, personal expenses, tips, and meals are not included in the tour price.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

5.1. Our Cancellation and Refund Policies govern the terms under which bookings can be cancelled and refunds are processed.

5.2. For Tours (B2C), you may cancel your booking for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time for a full refund, minus a 3% bank charge to cover processing fees. Free cancellation also applies in documented cases of emergency or medical reasons, with a 3% bank charge deducted from the refund.

5.3. For other services such as car rentals, custom group inquiries, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), and charter services, specific cancellation and refund terms will apply as agreed in separate contracts or communicated at the time of booking.

5.4. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method. MENO Tours will initiate the refund process within a maximum of 3 Omani working days. The time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account depends on your bank's internal policies. You may need to communicate with your home country bank to follow up on receiving the money back.

6. Tour Itinerary Changes & Flexibility

6.1. While MENO Tours strives to adhere to published itineraries, we reserve the right to make minor adjustments due to operational reasons, local conditions, unforeseen events (e.g., adverse weather, road closures, supplier availability), or circumstances beyond our control.

6.2. In cases of significant changes to a confirmed booking or if MENO Tours has to cancel a tour, we will notify you promptly and offer suitable alternatives or a full refund for the affected portion of the service.

7. Participant Responsibilities

7.1. It is your responsibility to ensure you have all necessary valid travel documents (e.g., passport, visas) required for your travel to Oman and participation in the tours.

7.2. You are responsible for adhering to local laws, customs, and cultural sensitivities, including dress codes for specific sites (e.g., mosques).

7.3. You must ensure you are physically fit and capable of participating in the chosen tour activities.

7.4. Punctuality for tour departures is essential. MENO Tours is not liable for missed tours or activities due to late arrival.

7.5. You must follow the instructions of your guide and MENO Tours representatives for your safety and the smooth operation of the tour.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

8.1. MENO Tours acts as an agent for various third-party suppliers (e.g., transport providers, hotels, local guides) involved in your tour. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, negligence, or breaches of contract by any such third-party suppliers.

8.2. MENO Tours is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour.

8.3. Our liability for any direct damages arising from our own negligence or breach of these terms is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service affected.

8.4. MENO Tours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Force Majeure

9.1. MENO Tours shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government regulations, strikes, epidemics, or pandemics.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of MENO Tours or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
